3000 calories is all your estimating? Thank goodness as we stopped at Choppers yesterday on the way home from visiting we over ate---not as bad as Saturday but again my only meal of the day came in heavy very unhealthy doses!!

I am sure S1 and S4 are still protesting their spanking in Hangman!
